Main Tasks：
環(huán)保\健康\安全 EHS
1) 在各項維修中，完全遵守并符合公司EHS相關制度與流程.Strictly abide by the EHS rules and regulations of the company during any maintenance.
2)及時向主管報告不符合EHS要求的行為和設施，從而確保EHS持續(xù)提高.Report any incorrect behavior to keep continuous EHS improvement.

日常維修 Routine Maintenance
1) 及時有效完成閔行應用設備及暖通系統(tǒng)日常維修工作.Responsible for daily maintenance/repair work of Minhang application equipment and HVAC in timely .
2)按照維修流程，做好每項維修記錄統(tǒng)計.Record each maintenance item according to maintenance process.
預防性維修 Preventive Maintenance
有效執(zhí)行閔行應用設備的預防性維修及記錄歸檔.Implement preventive maintenance for Minhang application equipment effectively, and records management for maintenance.
備件管理 Spare parts management
及時反饋備件的消耗狀況及新需求.Feedback？consumption status and new requires of spare parts in time.

RCA 故障分析 Root Cause Analyze
參與完成對頂端績效殺手問題的RCA 故障分析.Participate？in analyzing root cause reasons of performance killers.
持續(xù)改進 Continuous improvement
開展設備設施的持續(xù)改進工作，提高設備可靠性，滿足生產(chǎn)營運的需求.Keep continuous innovation, improve equipment reliability to meet the requirements of production improvement.

日常改造和小項目Small modifications and projects
配合執(zhí)行所負責的小項目和設備改造，確保按時、按質完成，并控制項目費用在預算之內.Responsible for implementing the small modifications and projects scope, schedule, quality and cost.
負責與國外供應商和專家進行技術溝通和確認.Responsible for communication with EC experts and external supply vendors.

月度工作匯報Monthly Report
每月工作狀況匯報（包括設備故障,維修時間統(tǒng)計,預防性維修實施進度匯報）Monthly maintenance report（ Including repair items, downtime records, preventive maintenance status）
Education: College or above
Working Experience:0- 3 years or above on mechatronics machine maintain. (experience in electrostatic coating machine will be preferred)
