工作職責(zé)
* Monitor and track payment processes to ensure timely and accurate payment
to vendors and partners, such as Smartbuy / Payment process (incl. quotation/
reimbursement) , follow SOP , pre-alignment with key stakeholders,initial
filing, prepare related materials and etc.
* Prepare, organize, and maintain essential documentation related to category
operations and projects. Ensure all documents are filed correctly and are
easily accessible.
* Manage the filing ofdocuments and data in relevant systems, ensuring
compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in the implementation
of new systems or tools to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborate across category teams on projects related to category
operations, providing administrative and logistical support. Assist in tracking
project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful project
completion.
* Gather, analyze, and consolidate data across category groups to provide
insights and support decision-making.
* Work closely with category managers, and other cross functional teams to
ensure alignment and effective communication.
任職要求
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field.
* 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
tools.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other
relevant software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
