工作職責(zé)
* Ensure high standard medical compliance and governance
* Be responsible for ensuring high medical quality of medical material and
promotional materials review in defined therapeutic area;
* Collaborate with commercialto ensure promotional activities in compliance;
* Ensure medical events organized by MA and MSL adhere to company compliance
policy with non-promotional nature;
* Ensure high quality of medical affairs study;
* Coach MSL team to work in field with high medical compliance sense,
especially off-label related communication;
* As Medical Leadership Team member, contribute to the development of local
SOP/OI, prepare audit and provide expertise on company compliance issue as
needed;
* Manage and develop team
* Recruit qualified medical people, and build up an effective team, including
MA and MSL in defined therapeutic area;
* Set up team objective and team members' individual PMP objective based on
overall medical vision and business need, ensure timely PMP review and result
delivering;
* Coach and supervise the team member in daily work based on LIFE value and
Bayer competencies;
* Develop team members, and work closely with line manager and HR BP to plan
and implement talent development activities, include but not limited to DD,
training, promotion, talent evaluation projects, etc.;
* Create vision and high performance culture in accordance with LIFE value
and Bayer Competencies, and engage team members to be role model;
* Develop and implement TA strategy
* As core member of defined brand teams, lead medical team to contribute to
Brand Plan development, and provide value added medical input to Marketing in
the strategic planningprocess;
* Be responsible for establishing Country Medical Affairs Plan in defined
therapeutic areas;
* Define TA specific TL management objective, and establish refined MSL plan
with quantitative and qualitative KPI setting;
* Lead team to plan and implement data generation (OS, IIR), data
interpretation (ad board meeting, publication) and medical communication
(medical events, medical discussion topics with medical material, TL
communication and medical education projects);
* By deep understanding of defined therapeutic areas and TLs' mindset,
proactively raise unmet medical needs and leverage points to MKT/Sales team for
transforming into business initiatives;
* Provide medical training to MKT/Sales teams;
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with Development to input China related product development;
* Collaborate with commercial team to drive business growth and LCM in China;
* Collaborate with Market Access to contribute drug reimbursement listing,
bidding and market access through building up strategy, preparing medical
material, training team and engaging payer/TLs;
* Provide timely medical input to other functions under business need;
* Work closely with China TLs and medical associations to develop Bayer
product-related evidence based medical environment and guideline, improve
disease diagnosis and treatment level, and benefit to Chinese patients
ultimately;
* As a leading role, integrate cross-functional teams within Medical in
defined therapeutic areas;
* Explore and maximize Medical value in ME
