研究團隊簡介

浙江大學機械工程學院是浙江大學歷史最悠久、實力最雄厚的院系之一，是我國首批機械工程一級學科博士點、首批機械工程博士后流動站、首批機械工程國家重點學科、首批"211工程"重點學科建設單位和"985工程"科技創(chuàng)新平臺重點建設單位、首批國家"雙一流"重點建設學科。百余年的辦學歷程中，培養(yǎng)了數(shù)以萬計的優(yōu)秀人才，涌現(xiàn)出了以路甬祥、林俊德等為代表的一批杰出的科學家、教育家和先進人物，為我國的繁榮發(fā)展和科技進步做出了重大貢獻。在新的歷史發(fā)展機遇下，浙江大學機械工程學院以創(chuàng)建國內(nèi)一流、世界知名學院為奮斗目標，綜合實力得到快速提升。學院目前有在職專業(yè)教師104人，形成了一支以路甬祥院士為指導，譚建榮院士、楊華勇院士為帶頭人的高水平研究隊伍。

浙江大學機械工程學院重大裝備智能設計技術團隊，依托國家自然科學基金委員會國家創(chuàng)新研究群體、機械工程國家一級重點學科以及流體動力與機電系統(tǒng)國家重點實驗室等創(chuàng)新載體，在長期從事重大裝備智能設計研究的過程中，面向國家戰(zhàn)略需求和學科發(fā)展前沿，在重大裝備系統(tǒng)設計、系統(tǒng)傳動、系統(tǒng)集成等方向上取得了顯著的成果，獲得國家及省部級科技進步獎30余項，高水平論文300余篇。本研究團隊特向海內(nèi)外招聘"百人計劃"研究員1名（機械工程學院、事業(yè)編制），講師2名（機械工程學院寧波分院、事業(yè)編制，住房補貼100w，科研啟動經(jīng)費50-80w），博士后2-4名（機械工程學院），誠邀海內(nèi)外青年學者加盟。

一、招聘研究方向

1、重大裝備智能設計及仿真技術；

2、計算流體力學和流體機械仿真設計；

3、重大裝備結構強度與輕量化設計技術；

4、機動車排放測量及控制技術；

5、鍋爐熱力學分析與仿真系統(tǒng)；

6、新能源汽車動力電池。

二、基本應聘條件

1、年齡在35周歲以下，已獲得國內(nèi)外知名高校博士學位，身心健康；

2、近5年在國際高水平sci刊物發(fā)表過4篇以上學術論文，有相關研究經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；

3、具有嚴謹?shù)目蒲袘B(tài)度，良好的團隊意識，出色的組織和溝通能力。

三、崗位職責

1、發(fā)表高水平科研論文；

2、積極申請并承擔國內(nèi)外科研項目；

3、完成研究團隊的部分教學任務；

4、協(xié)助團隊指導研究生完成在研課題等有關工作。

四、"百人計劃"研究員崗位待遇

1、聘任為機械工程學院研究員，具有博士生招生資格；

2、提供具有海內(nèi)外競爭力的薪酬和科研啟動經(jīng)費，具體細節(jié)面談；

4、提供公寓住房，可按照相關政策申購人才專項房1套；

五、講師（教研崗）待遇

1、被聘用者年薪一般不低于25萬，具體面談。對于在崗期間表現(xiàn)突出的人員，團隊給予5-10萬補貼；

2、浙江大學機械學院寧波分院事業(yè)編制；

3、住房補貼100萬左右；

4、科研啟動經(jīng)費50-100萬；

5、條件特別優(yōu)秀的可聘為副教授以上。

六、博士后待遇

1、被聘用者年薪一般不低于25萬，具體面談。對于在崗期間表現(xiàn)突出的人員，團隊給予額外津貼；

2、人事關系轉(zhuǎn)入浙江大學后，進站工作三年及以上的博士后，在站期間，可評審專職研究副研究員任職資格；

3、浙江大學提供校園附近的博士后公寓（優(yōu)惠價格租賃）；

4、合同期限：2-6年可選；

5、鼓勵和支持參加高水平國際會議，課題組根據(jù)業(yè)績給予1-3萬元國際學術交流經(jīng)費支持。

founded in 1897, zhejiang university（also known as che kiang university）is one of china's oldest, most selective and most prestigious universities of higher education. the university is located in hangzhou, the capital city of zhejiang province and 180 km southwest of shanghai. zhejiang university is consistently ranked among china's top universities（arwu no. 3 in china; qs world no. 87）. the school of mechanical engineering in zhejiang university is one of the earliest unit in mechanical science research and talent cultivation in china. it is one of the top 5 universities in the field of mechanical engineering with two state key laboratories: state key laboratory of fluid power and mechatronic systems and state key laboratory of cad and cg. the school has 104 full-time faculties and about 2000 students including 400 doctoral students, 600 master students and over 800 undergraduate students.

1. specific areas of research interest include, but not limited to:

1. structure and light-weight design using finite element method（fem）

2. computational fluid dynamics（cfd）and its application in fluid machinery

3. vehicle emission transport and transformation

4. thermodynamic/structural design of industry boiler.

2. requirements:

1. the candidate must hold a ph.d. in mechanical engineering or related field, and under 35 years' old.

2. the candidates should demonstrate a strong research record with at least 4 journal papers during the past 5 years.

3. chinese proficiency test is not a requirement, but the candidate is expected to have a good communication skill.

3. job responsibilities:

4. salary and benefits:

1. the annual salary for postdoctoral fellows is between $40,000 and $58,000（250,000 to 350,000 rmb）depending on the level of research performance.
